is a growing concern in the community regarding the security of a
power plant, given the aftermath of what happened on September 11. It seems to us that in Greenpoint putting up a power plant of
this nature, as large as it is, with access to the waterfront puts it
in the vulnerable position of potential security threat to this
neighborhood. |

is a valid concern that all industrial and commercial enterprises are
facing. TGE’s facility
will be designed with very tight security measures. |
